Shipping
Each order will take 1 to 2 working days for processing. You can enjoy Free Delivery following the conditions below:

- Free standard delivery on Hong Kong Island from 300hkd purchases
(can take 1 to 4 working days, depending on stock availability)
- Free standard International delivery (up to 2 weeks) from 800hkd (approx. 100usd) purchases
(can take 1 to 4 working days, depending on stock availability)
- Free standard International delivery (up to 2 weeks) from 800hkd (approx. 100usd) purchases

For Express delivery (Fedex) or for orders under 800hkd, please contact us directly for a quotation.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 7 days after receiving your package. We will then offer you a credit note valid for one year.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us and we will confirm your return request by e-mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for the return fees.
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If the return is approved, you will receive a personal promo code with a credit note equal to the amount of the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty in any way, or if you receive the wrong item. Once assessed, we will happily exchange it, offer a refund, or allow a store credit.
Please note the need to keep all original packaging. We will arrange the collection if needed.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Order cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will confirm your cancellation by e-mail and a full refund will be issued to your credit card. Please note it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund. If we are not informed of the cancellation within 24 hours of the date you placed the order, we will not accept the cancellation.
