1. What are your modes of payment?
Customers can pay with your DEBIT or CREDIT Card through Paypal Express. Payments by bank deposit are through BDO and BPI. Bank account details will be shown on the screen upon checkout. They will also be e-mailed to customers after checkout is complete. Lastly, we also accept LBC remittance.

3. How long are my orders reserved for me?
Customers are given 2 days to fulfill bank deposit and LBC remittance payments. Orders will be automatically cancelled after 2 days.
4. I forgot to enter my discount code. Can I still avail of the discount?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your order if you forgot to enter your discount code when you placed your order.
5. When will you ship my order?
We aim to ship out orders within 1-2 working days.
6. What couriers do you use? How long does delivery take?
We use the following couriers:
2GO - (P120) 1-2 working days to MM; 3-5 working days to other provinces
LBC - (P150) 1-3 working days nationwide
Working days are from Monday to Saturday only.
7. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to follow up if you did not receive your tracking number or your actual order/s.

8. Do I need to create an account?
Customers are encouraged to create an account. By doing so will make your checkout process easier on your next purchase. Most importantly, you can also log in to track your order and see if we have already processed it, when we have shipped out your package and direct you to the courier's website so you can monitor the delivery status!
